I am Gary! Founder of The Fitness And Nutrition Coach and the UK's Leading Vegan Online Coach. I am on a mission to help people live a healthy life (mind & body).

As a fully qualified Advanced Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Sports Therapist & Life Coach, I work with clients to help them transform and achieve the results, goals and happy life they want.

I have been where you are now, I have dealt with the issues and problems you are facing, I had my own weight, mental health and physical health problems after being diagnosed with Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). Before starting my own businesses I worked in both the public and private sector, and I know what it takes to transform your life and be the person you want to be, achieving the goals you dream off. I have done it.

Initially a face-to-face Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, I shifted online as Gary The Vegan Online Coach a few years ago.

Despite grappling with leg ulcers and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) due to Factor V Leiden a genetic blood condition, I proudly remain active as The Vegan Online Coach whilst also being a positive voice for the veganism movement.

The harsh reality of PAD, with its potential for leg amputation and critical limb ischaemia, the outlook is poor – half of patients are likely to die within five years, so it prompted a realisation: I could give up or expansion was necessary!

Thus, The Fitness & Nutrition Coach was born, to bring in people to help me to continue my mission to help anyone, anywhere in the world access the health, fitness and nutrition support they need.
